Empowering Self-Advocacy in Adolescents with Disabilities

Participants should have a thorough grasp of self-advocacy, a toolset of skills to develop self-advocacy abilities, and the confidence to use these skills in a variety of contexts by the end of the course. By encouraging independence, self-assurance, and a sense of agency in their academic and personal endeavors, the course seeks to enable teenagers with disabilities to advocate for themselves.
